Excellent place to visit. Loads of information and advice from Wendy and Anne. You should definitely see the short film of Berwick-upon-Tweed it's very entertaining.

This is a little gem with a great video experience showing the towns colorful history and has a nice display to look around don't forget to grab some cake and a drink in the cafe and make a donation for the experienceThere was lovely staff who were very helpfulYou can also get your parking permits here

What a find! Never seen this before despite several visits to Berwick-upon-Tweed. A bit of the trodden path, but worth a visit. Great miniature model of the town and a film showing the history of the area.To top it off a nice little cafe with a selection of drinks and cakes with huge inviting sofas, just what was needed after a walk around.Will definitely visit again.

What an undiscovered gem of a place.Unique.As soon as we walked in, we were made welcome, and the lady in charge couldn’t do enough to help us.Not state of the art; like so much in Berwick the building is of an age, but brilliant staff, and well worth visiting.

Visited on 9th June. Only had a few hours & wanted to make the most of our visit. Called in to the Visitor Centre to pick up a parking disc & were so impressed by the helpful lady & gentleman we saw that we decided to stay & watch the very informative film about the town. Afterwards, we were given lots of information & tips on how to make the best of our short visit. The whole place had a lovely atmosphere with lots of seating areas. We only had coffee but the cakes looked nice. The best visitor centre we have visited in UK. Much “friendlier” than the usual council run TIC’s.

Friends place and a must visit for information about the town. ‘Yes’ I hear you say ‘there is a tourist information centre’ and I agree however; these friendly ladies talk and take you on and interesting journey whilst you enjoy a wee cup of tea and a tasty bite of home bakery, inexpensive and interesting.Well done to them!It sits just of the Parade area

Had a really nice community vibe. I attended a zine fair there. Nice little cafe, outdoor seating, cinema screen. Would go to other things there if in area.
