Loving everything about Elegance. I'm having my nails, pedicures, lashes and facials done in Elegance and I can recommend this place to everyone. I'm always happy with the results. All ladies are lovely and friendly. All the treatments are to great standards.

Had some acrylic nails soaked off which I had fitted at another salon. I was told the cost would be £10 when I made the appointment. Arrived for appointment with Trish, who is really good. Whilst my nails soaked she attended to other clients and did other bits around the salon. When the process was completed Trish advised again the cost was £10, which I gladly paid, wished Trish a happy Christmas and came home.4 hours later I get a call from the receptionist advising me that Trish had ‘underpaid’ me. After correcting the receptionist that the term is undercharged she said the price was £20 and not £10. I was gob smacked, she then asked me to pay the difference and said if I did not pay it would be held on account until I next went to the salon!! I told her this was not good customer service and that I should not need to pay this. She asked for my card details to pay the balance. When I asked for a receipt she said I could collect from the salon, after telling her I would not be coming for sometime I asked if it could be posted. I am yet to receive anything. After further thought, I should not have paid this money, it was not my fault the price was quoted incorrectly and I think it is very unprofessional of Elegance to take this from me as it was their mistake. Although I have had great service from Trish over the past couple of years, I believe her manager has been greedy asking to me to rectify their mistake instead of absorbing it into the business. I will not be returning to this salon!

First time using this salon. I was happy with my eyebrow wax, but it was quite noisy in reception. Staff were friendly

Update - had a pedicure done, loved it. Had a wonderful hour drinking tea, chatting and my feet now feel like little pillows!Had a brow and lip wax here and very impressed. It's a lovely facility, relaxing music and very friendly staff. I was made feel very welcome. Highly recommend and they did a great job!
