Well Polished Nottingham

It is almost reached to a level of harassment with regards the the management. I have them for last 4 months or so.. I can’t believe someone can be in business and respond like this. They do not have cleaners and it is such a pain to get one. Once I happen to speak to the cleaner directly and asked why she did not come and found she was sent to some other job requiring a full day clean. When asked the manager she said the cleaner was down with covid. When confronted she said she will investigate! As it’s a hassle to change I am still stuck with them and today the cleaner was meant to come at 1pm but the message never got relayed. when I expressed my disappointment, the cleaner did not come at all!! This in when they have been charging me money for managing my account and I have to pay the cleaner separately. Just feel like suing them for the harassment

So unreliable. Often cleaners lying to manager saying they had visited when they had not. Manager saying we had asked clients to go private and trying to charge us £100s of pounds, when we had not. Just a scammy company without any professional values. Consistently late and consistently not good enough. Wouldnt touch with a barge pole. A huge headache.

Sophie and the team at Nottingham were outstanding. We used them whilst my brother was struggling with his mobility. They went above and beyond to ensure he was safe and that his house was spotless. Thank you ladies for all of your help over the last few months

Well Polished have provided a professional cleaning service throughout our time with them. Our cleaner is reliable, communicative and does a good job and Sophie at Well Polished is available if we need her.

I should have looked at the reviews. I don’t normally give reviews unless it’s excellent or really poor. Unfortunately this is the later.I paid Paulina £72 for 4 1/2 hour work and £50 finders fee. I don’t think she’s done a great job. We needed a deep clean but it’s just a light clean. She didn’t appear to have any equipment with her. I had to run errands outside for a few hours so I didn’t know what she did that whole time. I needed the cleaner to bring their own cleaning products and equipment as it’s an empty flat. She said that she has already vacuumed when I got back but i didn’t see any vacuum cleaner. She claimed that she’s put it back in the car but im not sure why she would put it back in the car before end of cleaning. I don’t think she mopped the floor either given she has no bucket. She just kept going back and forth to the sink which was very inefficient. I had to show her how to clean the window and cleaned them with her to save time.There were hairs on the futon from previous tenants which I had to clean myself.When I mentioned this to the agent, I only got offered £10 when I paid £122. It’s very disappointing.

Really disappointed with this clean. I have 2 kids and have been looking for a regular cleaner. After speaking to Sophie (owner) she assured me that I would be sent someone who has a hospitality background and cleaned high profile houses. Dirty mirrors, toothpaste still on the bathroom sink, after a 3 hour clean, the downstairs of my standard 4 bed house was not even near finished nor clean. Kamara the cleaner spent ample time texting on her phone and blamed the heat for being “slow”. The kitchen sink was still dirty when she left and I now have to spend my weekend cleaning because the cleaner didn’t actually do their job. Very misleading information also as when I spoke to Kamara when she arrived (also late as she sat in the car for a while) that she had only been cleaning for a couple of months and in fact, had not really had a substantial hospitality background at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are OCD, like a particularly clean house or if you’re looking for a regular clean. Probably the worse company I have ever used. Didn’t even offer me part refund of over £100 spent on the one clean. They tie you you into a monthly subscription also, so when you have a bad experience like this, they have already taken your money and do not refund or even part refund.
