Decided to go with leeds tints after looking around for a good while. I asked for my transporter to be tinted to 5% on 5 of the windows. Im really happy with the outcome. Not only was the work quality the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Kept us warm in his office while the work was carried out. Highly recommended.

I would like to start by saying that I am not one to complain, but only deem it necessary once it reaches a certain point. And I want to make people fully aware of my terrible experience before going to this company...I had been looking at getting my windows tinted for a while and had been looking around for quotes and prices. I then came across Leeds window tints on Google and figured I would look further into them and found that they were one of the cheapest and were pretty local to me. I then proceeded to book an appointment with them through their ‘online booking system’ on Monday the 19th at 1PM At the quoted price of £100 for the full car. The day of my appointment comes around and 15 minutes before my time slot I get a text from a number while I am driving to L.W.T and it explained that it was Leeds window tints and they wanted to know what car I was looking to tint? I found this a little odd considering that I had provided all of this info on the booking form. I then replied and was then quoted £130 for the full car and £90 for the rear 3. I didn’t really question it at the time with it being only £30 and agreed to this price.I then arrive at L.W.T to find that the unit was closed, so I therefore called the number that had been texting and spoke to a guy called ‘Ash’ which explained that the booking system hasn’t really worked for a while and that they didn’t really work Monday’s. He requested for ME to contact him after 6PM that evening. Which I did and he got me booked in for the following day which I was pleased about.I then turn up the following day get the tints done and walk away a happy guy as the end product looked good despite all the plastics inside not being fully cleaned. And the service had been turned around. They explained that any bubbling would disappear after a few days when the glue had dried.A few weeks after the tints, I had a couple of people bring to my attention a few large groups of small but noticeable bubbles. So I left it a few more weeks to ensure I gave them more than enough time to disappear and to make sure that I wasn’t being an inconvenience before I contacted Ash.Once I contacted him he apologised and said that they would be more than willing to rectify the issue and they “do not run away from our issues” and said he would contact me over the weekend to fit me in.It then took almost 2 weeks of me chasing due to failed contact from him before he eventually booked me in for the re-Tint. Which I could I live with and accept if he was busy.The day of the re-tint comes around, I drop my car off and once again with in a couple of hours the car was ready. Once again happy with the service provided and what looked to be the end product.However... 2 days later I go out to my car and figured I would check to see what the bubbling was looking like. And upon closer inspection I come to find that the rear right window had a number of large visible SCRATCHES... (see images below) And I know my car well as it is regularly cleaned and maintained weekly so it was obvious there was only one way that this could have been caused.So obviously I had an issue with this and tried to contact Ash again and requested that he gave me a call. It took 4 days for him to text back and all I got was a “will do”I left it a further 3 days before I tried to call him myself. I then spoke to him and explained the situation, and he seemed a little perplexed as how this possibly could’ve happened as they apparently use so called “scratch proof Knives” when I knew for a fact they were just using standard Stanley blades as I had seen them start my car just before I left after dropping it off. And he hadn’t been in contact as he had been in hospital for 2 days which I could appreciate.I said that I would send him photos across for him two review and he said he would contact me on the Saturday. Of course this never happened. And after a further message yesterday asking what his thoughts were? I have been left on read and I am no closer to rectifying the issue that they supposedly don’t run away from...
