Lush Dogs

Our dog Buddy was a rescue from Blue Cross. He was a real problem dog and had five homes in eight months. He was very distressed at anything out of the ordinary.He has been going to Lush for some time and loves it. He comes out after grooming so proud. It is lovely to watch and he loves those ladies. It is worth the money just to see him so happy.

Would highly recommend Lush Dogs, Whiteley . Wilna and her Team are very knowledgeable, caring and loving. My dog loves to go for his pamper session and always comes home looking and smelling fabulous. I wouldn’t hesitate In recommending this business.

I ordered a custom pillow and it was made by the manufacturer incorrectly.However! Customer service was fantastic, they were understanding and issued a refund and a gift.It was refreshing to deal with an issue with compassionate, friendly people that actually wanted to help.Would definitely recommend their services based on this alone.

Took my cat to see the team at Lush Dogs as she was matted. They were amazing with her, caring and kept me informed. I highly recommend this team as they care and know what they are doing and are clearly not in it for the money but to do good by your pet. Will be back for sure and will highly recommend, thanks!

I took my pup Mabel for a first pamper this week and the girls looked after her really well. She came out looking and smelling amazing so will definitely be booking again. Great communication and all very professionally done.

Took my 12 year old border terrier for his first teeth cleaning experience. I was apprehensive as I had never used Lush dogs before. The lady was lovely. She explained Dave was booked for an hour ( for initial assessment and deep clean). However if he became distressed she would stop as you did not want to cause him any stress or upset. When I returned an hour later I found a very relaxed Dave with lovely clean teeth. After some advice regarding home teeth cleaning and signs that indicate time for maintenance treatment Dave and I left.I would certainly recommend Lush dogs. I may even use them for Daves next groom.

Thank you to Wilna and her amazing team at Lush Dogs. We highly recommend this lovely local dog grooming business in Whiteley Shopping Centre. I first came to Lush Dogs during lockdown, when I was struggling to find a Samoyed breed specialist. Wilna is so knowledgeable on how to treat this particular breed and put me at ease straight away. Wilna even helped guide me with grooming the girls in-between appointments; she helped me with brushing the girls correctly and gave me lots of advice. Wilna has so much time for our dogs, Luna and Polly and it never feels like a conveyor belt system, Wilna genuinely cares so much for our dogs and her professionalism, knowledge and compassion means I can always trust Wilna. I really would not go anywhere else as Luna and Polly always look absolutely beautiful after every visit.

We took our 9 month old Cockerpoo to Lush for the first time and we are absolutely amazed and so pleased with the difference. Our Jessie had, had three puppy intro treatments elsewhere previously but the 3rd was meant to be a full groom and we were let down, so had to wait to find availability somewhere else (7 weeks later). Jessie was unfortunately covered in matts due to the let down we had from another groomer but we can honestly say we don’t feel we will be going anywhere else now. Thank you so so much and we can see that Jessie is also very pleased too.

I have a very handsome kitty who loves being brushed except on his tummy, which was becoming more and more matted. I knew I would have to get professional help to solve this problem. I was beyond anxious when I took him to Lush Dogs (and Lush Kitties) as the only time my boy leaves the house and garden is for his annual trip to the vets. He is also good at using his claws if you do something he doesn't like!! I had no need to worry. They made sure he was the only customer, both the inner and outer doors were closed, so he had no escape route. They allowed him to settle before I left him in their capable hands. When I returned, he was happy, purring, very chilled out, smelling beautiful and feeling a lot happier. The only thing he didn't enjoy was the fur dryer, so they didn't use it! So on behalf of FC, and his Mummy, thank you. He will be coming back in a few months to be pampered again. xxxx

Regularly shop in Whiteley village came across this lovely new dog grooming shop over Christmas and had to give it a try... what an amazing place to leave your pet to get pampered while you have a coffee and shop. From dropping my pup off To picking her up I was so pleased at how professional this service is. So friendly full of advice and actually listen to the customer. My pup came out looking a dream, smelled amazing and very relaxed. Would recommend a visit to anyone wanting to pamper their pet. We will definitely be going back.
