The Abbey Dental Practice

Lucy is the best dentist I have ever had. She’s kind, caring and has a great sense of humour. These are very human characteristics that really help when having processes that aren’t exactly pleasant! I also know that she has a fantastic reputation for treating children.

Absolutely disgraceful service! I was supposed to of been referred for an X-ray months ago for a wisdom tooth extraction which failed to happen. Was told I was supposed to do it yet was told otherwise just a total lack of communication and a incompetent dentist! Rang again today to see what the problem was as tooth is far to severe to cope with daily life and once again told they'd look into it and I'd get a call back and still no call back I give up hope, if someone can't do a simple task as a call back what hope does your teeth have! Was once a top dentist back in the day but after certain dentists retired and staff left it turned Into the worst practice such a shame do not come here if you want your teeth to be taken care off just a lack of care and neglect! and leave their patient's in unimaginable pain just like I am with a rotten wisdom tooth

Very good dentist here are very good and willing to take they time to fix the problem

As retired dental practitioners, my wife and I fully comprehend the definition of emergency. We were so grateful to the Abbey Dental Practice for fitting her in at short notice and being sympathetic to her problem and the thoroughly professional manner dealing with it. We were visitors to the area but would have no hesitation in wishing to be regulars at this surgery. To all at the practice, a big thank you, especially Nadine and her DSA.

I don't ever normally put post on or reviews come to that, I have a great fear of dentist and like a lot of people had life changing 2 plus some years, I got an emergency appointment as I was in such pain. From Billy who took my call to Katie removing my tooth. Thank you . You made me feel relaxed and you were very friendly which calmed me. Thanks again

I cannot fault this practice in any way, shape, or form. opening times good, reception staff excellent. Appointments great, dental surgeons Brilliant, especially my dentist of record Lucy. Recently I had an extraction and the whole process was TOTALLY painless, something I have never experienced before. Usually I feel the needle going into the gum but even that was painless. Well done to Abbey Dental Practice.
