DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! When I walked into the shop to pick up a dress I was having altered the lady was already arguing with a customer! I then tried my dress on, which was still too long, I wanted a split down the leg, which ended up at the side of the dress! and the lining was split right round the back so it didn’t even line up!! I stepped out in the dress to show the lady and she literally launched into a verbal attack on me!! I tried to calm her saying it’s ok I’ll wear wedges to take the dress up instead of flat sandals, and I’ll cut the lining away at home, but asked if she could just pull the gathering over to put a stitch in to hold it so the split runs down my leg, but she just wouldn’t listen and kept trying to blame me for the split saying that I was happy where she put the pin when wearing it to show her the dress initially, and as I said to her, I said I wanted the split down the leg and where she puts pins means nothing to me as I’m not a seamstress or I would of altered myself and saved myself money, she literally continued to scream at me. She put my receipt for the dress in her safe and refused to give it back after snatching from my daughters hand. When I was getting out of the dress she started to yell at my daughter who was sat on a sofa not getting involved and is a very non confrontational person, We had to get the Brunel security to the shop who tried to get the receipt, she was then shouting at the poor guy so rudely that he called a member of the management team, after over 1 hour and 30 minutes from start to finish she still wouldn’t give the receipt over and I’m left with a wrongly altered dress, I needed the dress for a wedding I’m going to! I can’t even get the bank involved as she insisted on cash up front £40 as said she wouldn’t take card payment, she wrote cash paid on the receipt which was locked in her safe when I last saw it!!

I had thai massage and been overcharged. And the lady was rude to me even when I check all prices. Don't recommend this place at all.

Dropped item off, told it would be ready in 1 week, returned a week later and the lady finally found my item still in the bag untouched. Was then told I could come back in half an hour or have my money back! Found the whole experience very unprofessional ! This place was recommended to me by a friend. After my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

These guys were amazing, altered a whole sequin jump suit by adding material from the belt. Lovely and friendly THANK YOU xx
