Wonderful experience! I love my nails, they look fabulous - Thank you Sam!

Went for an infill of gel acrylics here and quickly decided against it after seeing the state of my nails after filing them. They didn't even attempt to cut them down but instead shaved off the length and re-shaped them with the electric nail file with absolutely no precision. They were mis-shapen, lumpy and uneven. When I asked to simply have my old gels removed they were persistent on still doing the infill but eventually agreed to a £10 removal. Left with several cuts and bleedings nails from the aggressive filing, nails looked horrific afterwards. Would absolutely not recommend!!!

Sam's Nail Shop is my go-to spot for top-notch nail treatments, and I can't say enough about the amazing face massage I recently experienced. The lady who handles beauty treatments here is truly exceptional. I always leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Sam's for all your beauty needs!

Avoid this place at all costs!!!!Very unprofessional!This is how they took off my fake nails and they let me go like that even charging.There are much better place in London to do Nails.

Before & after! I’ve been coming to Sam’s nails for a few months now and I love her selection of acrylic nail polishes. I chose Northern Haze today and I LOVE the colour. Always a good service with Sam I go there for my infills and fresh sets. I call ahead of time to make sure I can get a decent slot as the shop can get pretty busy. If you’re in Acton make sure to go! I’ll be back soon for sure!

Sam is the best, she always has time for me and my shellac stays forever.The new cosmetician is a dream too, the facials and massages are great.

Good place.Sam’s is a very sweet lady. She’s done some Amazing nails for me. I was a bit nervous at first because I’ve read all the reviews while I was doing my nails but it all came out great at the end. However you will have to tell her how you want your nails done or if she needs to file more or shape more etc…I’m very happy with my nails and the price.

I went to do may nails for the first time. One lady did my nails and completely ignored what I was saying. I kept saying that it is too square and left hand nails looked more rounded rather than the right hand nails, that nails don't look similar. She just kept ignoring me and said she has 20 years of experience and knows better so we need to continue until she will finish and I will like the final result. I realised that I will not get what I like just kept my mouth shut cos didn't want to ruin my day anymore. I ended up paying £30 for my nails and totally hate the shape of it so, I will need to go and fix it somewhere else. I just said to her by the end I don't care about your experience if i say to you that I don't like the shape it means you need to listen to me and fulfil my wishes. Don't go there!

Unhygienic nail pedicure area, avoid this place. These sisters are constantly chatting in there language(probably talking about customers)Sam is decent but not looking after the cleaninngess and hygiene. The younger sister is pathetic and no customer service skills at all.

The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Their nail works are highly recommended. I come back regularly ever since my first visit.
