Bought timber boarding as it was the best price and delivery reasonable. Staff called to advise when it would be delivered and delivery driver very helpful. Overall a good expereince.

Ordered a cool box at RHS. There was a delay in shipping but kept well informed and even threw in a free ice pack due to delay. Excellent customer service. Would shop again

Really happy with the gate and the service from the person I spoke with on the phone. My reason for 4 stars was the gate was delivered to my home address instead of the intended field, which cost me more for arranging delivery from home to field, if only the delivery person had made the phone call

Good priceFast deliveryOnly thing was it was not packed properly and one of the bottles had spilt and the liquid had spilt so all the packaging was soaked and 1 bottle practically empty.Pack it better next time please.

Ordered some concrete panels through my local building supplier. Promised the week of the 4th of December, that week came and no panels. Then promised the following Wednesday, made contact on the Tuesday, as they hadn’t, and still not coming. Not sure what is going on?!? Very frustrating when you arrange for offload etc. Worth paying a little bit more for more reliable suppliers!
