Walsall Family Dental Practice

The dentist family practice has nu merous customers, they are always on their feet making sure to meet the customer needs. They will always find a way to support the patients. I have had an emergency and they booked me the next day gave me antibiotics and a follow-up appointment for review and further treatment. The Dr was kind and professional taking time to explain me the pro and cons of my treatment and of my denture s state. Despite us a small and crowded building, I do recommend it 100%. . 10/10

I have recently been going to Walsall family dentist practice for various problems I’ve been having.I had a great experience with a particular dentist dr gurvinder Singh, he looked after my every need and did an excellent job.Thank you so much dr Singh, your brilliant at your job and I will never forget how much you’ve helped me.

I’m new in the UK, I have launched my digital marketing agency, currently on a startup period and receiving universal.Its been second time that I’m visiting this clinic and the dentists are very unprofessional and they told me that their xray machines are not not working and they didnt check my teeth properly. They basically waste your time if they know that you are receiving universal credit.Such a big shame, no wonder why they received so many negative reviews. NHS should have a proper look at this dental clinic and replace the people with professional people, our local dental clinic in Afghanistan was much better than a first world country. Thinking of going back to my country and fixing my teeth there.

WORST, WORST ,WORST THEY HAVE HIRED NEW PRACTIONERS WHO DONT EVEN KNW WHAT THEY DOING, ONLY CATERED FOR PATIENTS WHO DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH,THEY DON'T ACT OR DO THEIR JOB PROFFESIONAL ,AND TREAT OVERSEAS NON ENGLISH, AN PEOPLE ON BENEFITS LIKE SECOND CLASS ,I HAVE WRITTEN A COMPLAINT TO THE NHS, TO ADVISE IN HOW TO PURSUE THE NEGLECTION THE DENTAL TREATED MY WIFE,ABSURD,THEY ,I COULD WRITE A BOOK ON THAT DENTAL CLINIC, BUT BEST TO PURSUE PROFFESSIONALLY, DISGRACE

Excellent dentist, can't rember his name as was first visit but he's up the stairs in the far room on the left a small Chinese man and he is the BEST dentist I have ever had.I've been a dental nurse for 4 years and he is a great thorough dentist.He made my partner feel so calm and not anxious as he was petrified, he had a tooth out on the same day felt no pain and made him feel so relaxed and says he will be returning for his regular check up and any more treatment he needs doing so THANK YOU x

Horrible service. This is the 6th time in a row I'm having to reschedule because my dentist isn't in AGAIN. He's getting paid to not come in. This is ridiculous. Do yourself a favour and don't go to this dentist, find anyone but them. Not only does my dentist not come in and reschedules EVERY TIME, but he's horribly rude and doesn't even look at you, nor does he greet you when you enter the room. He doesn't even want to, or care to explain anything about your treatments. And waiting times are over an hour after your appointment time. I was sat waiting one and a half hours for a 5 minute checkup. That was a month ago, and I still can't get an another appointment. This dentist doesn't even seem to know what he's doing.

worse dental practice EVER! my sons appointment got cancel & rescheduled about 6 times with no explanation, then got referred to another dentist, the staff seem cluless & unhelpful

This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth, staff were friendly and kind.Dr Junaid was great he made me feel very comfortable and explained each and every step and was ever so patient with me.He provided excellent service and I will definitely be coming back here for all my future dental needs.

Although the wait is very long for this dental practice it is very busy and with the current difficulty of being seen by an NHS dentist it is understandable. I seen Dr Junaid and wanted to share this review after my appointment. He is a very capable dentist and fully explains treatments and gives me all the options available. He takes his time and also gives very good scale and polishes. Would recommend this dentist He is worth the wait.

Went in today for an emergency appointment. Sat down, opened my mouth and the dentist said I had an infection then I went to tell him that my filling has fallen out. Didn't even look in my mouth!Iv been under this dentist for years and it's the worst dentist in walsall! They have also left half my wisdom tooth in which needs taken out but they don't want to do it there.The dentist was very rude and he didn't care that I was in pain.... apparently antibiotics will heal a missing filling.I am not going back there ever again and I would avoid the place at all costs
