Framework Design

I'm glad I spent a little more money with Framework design, although I was hesitant at the time. Having a template website which was my first choice with all the bells and whistles may look good, but if you are not getting the traffic, then it's a pointless website that will not make you money. If you look at my Google reviews, you will see 80% are negative. Framework customer service was something many business lacks and the reason I would highly recommend this business for a website.

Framework did a fantastic job on our new website. We were drawn to work with them as their ideas and portfolio examples in the initial meeting were really unique and brilliantly designed - coupled with a friendly and creative approach which made us really excited to work with them!We were kept updated and involved the whole way through the design and development process, and there's also been great support afterwards. The website they created for us looks ace and we've had lots of positive comments about it!A real pleasure to work with!

Framework Design have been amazing throughout the whole process of our new website.We are an infrastructure charity in Nottinghamshire, that supports the local community and our website needed to be community friendly, modern, easy to use and act as a 'hub' of information. The team went through a process of finding out what websites we liked and didn't like, and came up with a number of designs which we loved. The only trouble was choosing one as they were all amazing!They made the entire process so easy and kept to all proposed deadlines throughout. Once live - Kirsty provided easy to understand training and still supports now with an aftercare package. I can't recommend them enough!

We started working with Framework at the beginning of 2019, after spending several months searching for the right company to work with, for initially what was going to be a new website. We found such a dedicated and enthusiastic team of individuals at Framework beginning with Stephan who made the decision to work with them easy by being extremely helpful and making it about more than the business.Little did we know, then when meeting our project manager Helena and our project leads Sam and Luke that we had found a team who was passionate about enhancing our academy and aided us to begin a huge rebrand of our Academy as well as embarking upon video production for our website too.This initial project took 8 months with Framework, but what an experience. Having regular meetings throughout to ensure that every fine detail was right for our brand, to numerous phone calls to answer our questions, to the whole team spending hours to develop a product that went above and beyond our initial expectations. The whole team shocked us completely with all members getting involved in our project and spending a lot of time and energy to ensure the final product was perfect for our specification.This is a team that we cannot recommend enough. A passionate, energetic and personal team who really do care about your project and a team whom, we will personally be working with ongoing from this point forward.

We are so pleased we decided to work with Framework. From start to finish they have been so clear with timelines, possibilities and creative design.
