I just been in the store and wanted to by a coat which was on reduction, the girl on man’s floor was not interested on checking me the price not even the floor supervisor didn’t want to help after asking very politely to help me out as the staff was more concerned on staying on the phone messaging someone.They have a bad costumer service and after requesting help from the floor supervisor she said that I have to wait as she just finished her shift and need to wait until the next supervisor is available.Thank you for being so helpful no wander why we are better people every day.I will never go back there and I do not recommend to anyone else to buy from there.

I really love their jeans, one of the few places these days where you can find a decent pair of jegging. Or anything business casual really.I particularly like this store, it's very well kept and clean and I find their fitting rooms really fancy, which puts you in a better mood when you need to try on a few items

I went into and bought a pair of pink fluffy heeled sandals in the girls section. The young lady who served me was just so nice I wanted to leave a review. Came across very bubbly and kind. She ls a absolute credit to river island. She was on the till upstairs around 4:30 and wore a head wrap. Thankyou x

Staff are amazing in this store. I lost my shopping side kick 2.5 years ago (mum) and just have no confidence shopping but that changes every time I come in this store. The staff are so helpful and I bounce out if the store 6 . (I'm 5ft 3 really) my favourite store by far
