Terry is extremely rude and doesn’t have a clue. He over books himself and doesn’t care about the dogs. I took my pomsky there and told one of the girls (blonde girl and she was actually nice) he needs to be cut with scissors as he is half a husky, I was discussing what I wanted done to my dog and he went over to my dog in the bath and shaved my dog and looked at me and said “is this short enough?” I then said you can’t shave him as he is a pomsky! Terrible company don’t even bother!

Thank you for the excellent care that you took today of our two dogs. Albert the Sussex Spaniel and Harry (nickname Moomin) the Westie. They both look so smart and handsome in their Bandanas. Very professional and excellent service received for my Cockerpoo by Royal Pooches. My dog had a beautiful groom and came out smelling lovely. Highly recommend and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
