Flowers were dying after one day. My partner got in touch with them via fb messenger to let them know. They ignored him until he contacted them for a third time, by which time the whole bouquet was dead. They then said they only last a few days anyway and he should have changed the water within 3 days. Very unhelpful. Not the service or quality you expect when you pay around £30 for a bouquet. I'd recommend people go to a supermarket instead.

Lovely shop with some beautiful vases and flower pots. I purchased a stunning wooden pot for my Orchid, definitely getting another! Friendly staff, and my pot was wrapped up with some lovely paper (which i will be reusing). Thankyou

My boyfriend bought me some lovely roses when I came out of hospital. They lasted 4 days and they had died! I politely phoned up the lady in the shop and she was rude! Said it's because of the weather. The flowers were kept in a safe and cool place. She never apologised, she was rude and abrupt. I shall not be going back here again. Morrisons and asda flowers last longer!

Fabulous Florist ! I got a beautiful bunch of flowers, wasn’t sure what I wanted so the lady made up something lovely ! For £30 the quality is amazing . Even after a week they were still blooming and with a wonderful fragrance. Will definitely get more flowers form here

Very disappointed with my £35 bouquet for an ill friend. 4 dreadful carnations grey:green:pink which looked as though they were dying. So underwhelming. I was shocked when I picked it up. I should have refused to take it and pay for it. Too late as I left in shock having paid. I emailed but no reply. I certainly WON’T go again. I felt they didn’t even try!
