Faith's Holistic Therapies Ltd.
Faith's yoga class was so amazing. It was easily accessible and supportive for somebody who hasn't been part of a class for years, so it would be appropriate for all levels. Faith was kind, supportive and knowledgeable about the poises if you asked anything or needed assistance. It worked all the tension and kinks out of me, which left me feeling happy, rejuvenated and relaxed. I'll definitely be returning for more.
