If I could give less than one star I would! They over value to entice customers in before drastically lowering the price. Don’t waste your time. I was offered much more elsewhere. Bad reviews have somehow been deleted, but we will continue to leave more each time to prevent customers from falling into the trap.

The individual that dealt with me was very pleasant and looked positively to keep the price as initially quoted. Ultimately they deducted £250 for a tiny mark on the rear bumper listing it as a scratch less than 100mm. At best it was a £50 touch up.

Very disappointing, quoted £1200 online turned up and due to not having 6 months mot left and only 8 service stamps in the last 12 years the final offer was less than £600. Unfortunately we needed the car home as we got a different car and didn't have the space to sell privately. DO NOT EXPECT ONLINE QUOTE TO BE WHAT YOU GET, but was an easy process other than that.
