Louise was really welcoming, friendly and professional. I hate getting my haircut but Louise made it as painless as possible. My hair is looking so much fresher and sitting well even after being washed.

I have been using this salon for years for both shellac nails and lycon waxing on a regular basis. I have also had a full body massage, eyelash extensions and tinting. All treatments have been performed to the highest standard.All staff are accommodating and friendly especially the owner who takes great pride in her business and would treat all customers with the respect that they deserve. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else :)

Very disappointed with the treatment and the subsequent customer service. After 24hr hours two if my Shellac nails had come off, and a further 4 after 48hrs. Because I had travelled to my sister’s wedding I could not return to Beautylicious but had to have them replaced elsewhere. These Shellac nails are still on over a week later (so nothing to do with the length of my nails as Beautylicious have stated). Beautylicious have refused to refund my money and offered a paltry £10 off my next treatment with them.Very disappointed, especially after the staff were so pleasant at the time of the treatment.

This is my third time coming for a nail appointment (nail extensions infill). Caitlin was fantastic and did a great job. Had a good chat and now my nails are perfect again!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and treatments. Can’t fault these ladies at all. Very flexible with young babies too (Beautician Tammy taught my little 7 month old to wave today while waxing my face - how awesome is that?)Good job guys! X

As a regular customer of Beautylicious I could not recommend them any more. I have been going to the salon for all treatments (hair,nails,tan,eyelashes,eyebrows,tan) since they opened and now wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. Staff are always so welcoming, chatty and very friendly towards customers and treatments are always done to a very high standard. The salon is also fantastic at keeping up with current trends and training their staff on the most up to date products and services. Looking forward to my next visit and if I could give 10 stars I would :)

As a regular client at Beautylicious I always get my brows done by Rachel as she knows the shape I like. Unable to get an appointment with Rachel, I got the HD brows treatment done by Caitlin and was really happy with the results. Caitlin was friendly and chatty and did a great job sorting out my brows, so chuffed with the finished shape. Will be going back again as both Rachel and Caitlin give fantastic results.

Rachel is always really friendly and welcoming, and most of all, does an amazing job on my lashes every time. Always ensures that I’m happy with them or asks if I want anything done differently. Would definitely recommend!

I am a regular client at the salon for acrylic nail treatment with Tammy. Very friendly and professional service from Tammy and indeed all the Beautylicious staff. Reasonable prices too. Definately highly recommend.

First time I have had gel nails and won’t be the last ! From the first meeting with Rachel , she was so welcoming and her salon is lovely. She gave me loads of options of shades of polish to choose from and it was so relaxing. As a nail biter for many years I won’t be biting these beautiful nails any time soon !! Thanks again Rachel, your a wee star ! Xxx
