A warm welcoming group, linzi the consultant is amazing. Lots of encouragement and plenty of support, if your looking to lose some weight and optamise the way you eat I would recommend

linzi is fantastic, encouraging, understanding but will also leave you with food for thought (excuse the pun). The group is a warm and friendly place that I look forward to every week. Can't recommend this group more highly !
