I enjoy coming to this Gurdwara, Daar Barr Sahib is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well run. With lots of parking. Easy to get to and from, with a very welcoming Sangat

This is our local Gurdwara and was a bespoke build constructed in the 1970's. It has ample space in the divan (congregational hall) and langar (dining) hall. Daily services begin with the prakash (seating) of Guru Granth Sahib (the Sikh holy text, inscribed by the gurus themselves), finishing with Sukhasan (laying to rest) in the evening. Langar is available throughout the day and all are welcome with the proviso that visitors abstain from all intoxicants before and during attendance. Kirtan (singing to music of verses from the Guru Granth Sahib) is part of the sevice on Sundays in addition to the reciting of daily prayers. On Sundays, the verses read or sung from Guru Granth Sahib are translated into Punjabi and english.

Great place to attend Sikh religious service. Nice friendly community atmosphere. Vegetarian food is always great. I was invited to an event which was well attended. Ideal place to have blessings, birthday wishes and Sikh weddings.

Guru nanak Gurdwara is a quiet place where you can pray and spent some time in silence.After your prayer you get a prasadh and then you will get vegeterian food from here for free known as Langar.Its available on almost every day till 2 P.m.The Food is Served with Love.You have to taste atleast one in your life time.

I love gurudwara. Felt calm nd peace near to God. After a long time i visit temple. Very good and humble people. Felt like i was in india. food was delicious. I wish i could go there daily.
