Emmie has been amazing with all my dogs in the past and I will continue to use her all the time I have dogs. She is calm, caring and my dogs smell beautiful after grooming!! Highly recommend

Our senior spaniel used to get very stressed going to other groomers but when we changed to Poochie Palace, Emmie always did a brilliant job and he came out looking fabulous every time. We also take our 2 senior lurchers to get their nails trimmed, they’re an anxious pair but Emmie always takes her time with them and is very gentle & reassuring. I’d highly recommend Poochie Palace, amazing service at the best prices!

Emmie is absolutely brilliant, apart from giving the dogs a great grooming she genuinely cares about the dogs always asking how they are and if there are any issues so she can make the dogs visit more comfortable or less stressful. With a dog who has epilepsy I know my dog is totally safe and cared forwhilst in Emmie care for groom because she totally cares about the dogs that come to her shop

First time taking our 2 Cockapoos here as my usual groomer was fully booked. My girls were groomed exactly how I asked! Very pleased with the final result. Emma was quick responding to emails and answering my questions and the shop is full of outfits and toys and accessories galore! The price is extremely competitive and usually we pay £45 per dog at our usual groomer but Poochie palace is a LOT less for the same quality! I actually thought the price I was quoted was per dog but it was for both! They also have a facebook profile where you can get promotions and discounts. I’ll definitely be taking them back to Poochie Palace!

I couldn’t recommend Emma enough. She did such a brilliant job with our very matted, 1 year old terrier on his first ever groom. We’ll be regular customers now.

Emma is a great groomer. She's quick and doesn't keep my dog for hours....unlike some. As well as the usual grooming, she offers a teeth cleaning service, which for my old boy is very handy and so much cheaper than the vet. Her prices for all services are very reasonable. The shop is well stocked with treats and accessories. As well as her shop she offers a mobile service. In addition she does various events and online sales.
