Bright & Beautiful Altrincham

Would not recommend working for this company. My partner started working for this company but due to issues with childcare had to resign from her position soon after. Was told as long as uniform was returned my partner would be paid. After numerous of phone calls to the manager my partner still hasnt been paid 2 days after she was supposed to. She was told she would have to wait till monday. Meaning this would be 4 days late. By law each employer has to provide and employee with a payslip yet this was not done. My partner worked over a week doing 3 days one week and 2 days the next week. Yet was massively underpaid. This company is a disgrace and would advise anyone not to work for them. Avoid like the plague. We are now on monday afternoon and still nothing rang 16 times all together and yet when i just rang the manager swore at me and out the phone down.

I had never used a cleaning company before and was a bit apprehensive about reliability, standard of cleaning etc. I shouldn't have worried. From my first contact with the office, everything has been dealt with in a professional manner and I have absolutely no complaints. My pink team" of ladies turn up every week and do a fantastic job. I wanted to commend the team that cleaned my house last Monday 26/4/21.They did an outstanding job.1. They were extremely thorough, and left no stone unturned.2. They were very professional3. They were very respectful4. They went the extra mile.I feel humbled, and touched by the way they applied themselves to see to it that my house and everything in it was at its best and therefore to be enjoyed.

Karen and her wonderful team ( Sylvia and Darren) did an amazing job today. Had mum's house was deep cleaned before she came out of hospital. I have been using Bright & Beautiful for over two years now and throughout the period I have received nothing but fantastic service. My usual experience with cleaning companies is the service tends to get worse over time, however Bright & Beautiful have retained a fantastic level. I couldn’t be happier and thoroughly recommend them. The ladies who clean my house are great, honest, trustworthy and clean to a very high standard. I’ve used a number of firms in the past, no intention to move away from these guys. Very highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Pink Team at Bright and Beautiful for more than 5 years now. I can say, without reservation, that they are the best team of cleaners I have ever had. Always cheerful and accommodating, they look after my house brilliantly well. They pay lots of attention to my dogs who love having them round. They definitely deserve a 5* ++ rating. I recommend them to everyone.

We are so impressed with the regular clean we receive. It is like coming home to a hotel! It has really taken a weight off us and freed up our weekends which we are grateful for. The team are also brilliant at working around our dog - I don’t know how they manage it!

The Bright and Beautiful team are highly efficient and professional. I employed the team to help me out while I was working away from home but they do such a good job I’ve found it impossible to stop the service. Initially I saw having the service as a luxury, however the stress relief from having a helping hand and coming home to a perfectly clean and tidy home is unbelievable. I would highly recommend Bright and Beautiful to anyone who needs a helping hand and looking for a professional service.

We booked a spring clean with Bright & Beautiful and we couldn't be happier. When you return home from work and your home feels like a new home. A professional service, completed to the highest standard. I would recommend Bright & Beautiful without hesitation. So much so, we have agreed to a regular cleaning service. Faye and the team are friendly, courteous and very good at what they do.

I worked for this company. I wouldn’t recommend them as cleaners.The cleaners were constantly judging clients and I witnessed one of them miss treat a clients pet.They are not not nice people especially the lady that trains you. Rude, abrupt, passive aggressive. Her way or no way, not a nice person at all.Avoid this company at all cost
