Lovely vet, very welcoming to our nervous rescue. Separate waiting area for cats and dogs which is handy. Easy to find availability when the dog was very ill. Responsive on email as well.

My first experience here and Poppy was extremely attentive and patient with my cat and myself with the many questions I had. She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely kind. My cat felt comfortable and safe. Her and the receptionist were super warm and welcoming!

Couldn't recommend them more highly. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. A few times they have done themselves out of business by suggesting I wait a day before coming in (they offered an appointment if I wanted to come in anyway). I really respect and value that. My pride and joy has always been treated very well when going in:)

I found my recent trip to be excellent. Staff were pleasant, the vet (lady) was lovely and helpful. My 18 year old cat had a grand old time, something which I hadn't expected! The vet groomed and clipped his nails, and the ladies on reception came in for a chin rub. He was delighted and thus, so was I.

I just want to say a big thank you to Mary and Jen( not sure if that’s right). Who really went above and beyond for our poorly kitten. They helped answer our questions and helped support us make informed decisions about the health and well-being of our kittens. I honestly cannot thank and recommend them enough.
