Excellent and caring people. They were very kind at a very difficult time - I was awaiting surgery when my big red dog suddenly died. When I got back from hospital Sue called to make sure that I was okay.

Thank you Sue for Mimi's ashes, Anne picked up earlier, my sweet little foster girl. You always do such a lovely presentation with the ashes, and the whole thing is carried out with respect and compassion. You have done such a wonderful job over the years, first with my Dobermans, as I sadly lost them, and now for this beautiful little chihuahua. Thank you again, it makes a hard task so much easier having you there.
