Complete and utter time waster, unreliable at best, avoid. Booked in with them to undertake a steam clean and valet of my car immediately prior to putting it into a shipping container to ship to Australia. Weekend loading slot of the container meant a Saturday morning clean with a time critical window to get it done. Kirkby Steam Cleaning agreed to undertake the work required at 1000hrs on Saturday morning. Trailer arranged, container arranged, the car was taken to them for 0945hrs with nobody bothering to show up. Waited until 1030hrs with repeated phone calls and voice messages ignored. Now almost a week later, there's been no response to any of the phone messages I left. Completely unreliable, this cost me valuable time and money resolving the issue. Avoid.

Had the engine and underside of the car steam cleaned today, prompt service and friendly staff, job well done, highly recommend.
