I had an excellent experience with conveyancing experts, who were recommended to me by the estate agents who sold my house. It took a year and a half due to my chain falling through (due to mortgage rate increases), any questions I had were replied to promptly and efficiently, and while a number of people helped initially, the majority of the second year's process was lead by Harley, who was a pleasure to deal with at all times. I would happily recommend them and use them again. Thanks Harley and the CE team!

Highly recommend using CE - they were referred to us by our estate agents and we were very impressed with their efficiency from start to finish. We managed to get from offer right through to completion in 7 weeks and that's all thanks to Harley and his team. Will certainly be using again when the time comes!

Wouldn't recommend.Took 6 months to complete. We were passed on to 3 different conyencers throughout. When I questioned the additional costs from original quote, the response was along the lines of well you don't have to use us". That person was our POC at final stages.We were sent draft documents to sign and send back. A lot of information was missing. Asked to re-do this a week before completion date in August.No urgency with following up when we were on tight deadlines. Sellers solicitors also struggled to get responses which resulted in the seller contacting us directly. Still unsure how they got our number.Conveyancer would change the days in the week they would work with constant automated replies."

Sophie Whitby gave excellent service, I genuinely don’t know how we would of coped with the stress of being a first time buyer without her. She truly went above and beyond for us and always kept us updated. Very quick replies and advocated for us when we faced many hurdles. I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone. I used this company (Shams Addow was my specific solicitor) when I purchased my house two years ago. They were very slow, very hard to get hold of, and rude at times. I had a very simple case and they still managed to make it extra complicated, to the point that the other party's lawyer had to get in touch with me as they just weren't replying to him! I was very embarrassed.It was a nightmare trying to speak to my solicitor in person as she was always out of the office, except when I kicked up a fuss and did get through it turns out she was in the office. I had to chase up at every opportunity, it was like pulling teeth.They also were still sorting out various admin months after the sale completion! I completed on October 1st and they were still emailing me about various payments they had forgotten to charge in April!I also found them rude and one time they sent me an email clearly meant to another staff member. The email read: Hiya Babe
