I recently had an IQ4 system installed after needing to update my old alarm system.The new system is very convenient and allows me to manage my alarm, cctv and video doorbell all together on one app as well as programme from anywhere also using the app.Great service and support, the installation was smooth and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

William attended to install my new alarm system, I can’t rate him more highly. He was professional, efficient and very pleasant. I really appreciate the extra time he took to explain the how the system worked and the new app.

I bought a OAH system for a rental property, 2 x outdoor cameras, a doorbell and a fully equipped alarm system. From sale to installation it’s been faultless. The engineer was here most of the day and was extremely knowledgeable, he gave me a full demonstration and activated it on my phone. The app has endless control options and is so easy to use. Have had our cameras installed over 18 months and are very pleased with the service of both the installation team and the one app home support centre. The app provided to control, monitor and manage my security system has been faultless and is very user friendly.

I had a CCTV system that recorded to a NVR it broke and I was sick of looking through 24 hours of footage to find out when a parcel was delivered or when someone was trying car doors in the area, I seen an advert on Facebook as I was looking for a new system anyway, one app home popped up. I had a look decent price and it included a visit from one of their technicians to install (he was great explained everything, neat and tidy job). The main thing that stook out to me was that the cameras come with analytics which detect people, vehicles and animals and it sends you a clip to look over which is better than me scrolling through hours of footage, definitely recommend I'll be looking into their doorbell and alarm system next.
