Prim N Proper Pooches Dog Groomers And Supplies

This is the second time that we have taken our dog Buster to prim and proper pooches at Tracey,s new shop in st chads road Tilbury.We cannot thank Tracy enough for the excellent service she and her team provide, they are very professional and meet busters every needs.We would highly recommend Tracey to everyone for every loving dog owner.We also like that Tracey provides dog products at the shop that we can buy.

I will be putting my original post back up everything i have said is true, its just shocking the lengths some people will go to because they cant handle a complaint. Were such terrible owners that neglect our dog that the blue thing in the pictures is a cooling mat for him. Hes got more toys than most kids, we have given him a big fan all to himself next to his mat. so yeah were the worst owners in the country which seems to be implied by some people. As a customer i have consumers right to complain. We paid for a service prim n proper did not provide that service. So please provide photos that tazz had fleas. Since his last groom was with you was on april 28th 2018. By now with the infestation your claiming he would have bald patches from nawing at his fur. His feet and legs would be in a poor condition as well, as from my photos hes feet, back, head legs are fine just a poor groom. As you have a duty of care when a dog is on your care, by law you would have to inform the owner when collected. Your message to me June if you was unhappy with the groom then it would of been nice if you had come to me and spoken. I’m not a horrible person but for your partner to have written something so nasty on my page was really upsetting. Why would you want to ruin someone’s business with such comments? I’m sorry if you wasn’t happy and would of rectified any mistakes made as after all I am human and make mistakes.Would also like to add, June, due to adverse weather conditions we pause for the dogs to have breaks and water so they don’t over heat and I was also training a new member of staff to bath and dry the correct way, we’ve all got to start somewhere, right?Tazz was very fidgety today, perhaps it was the storms or maybe he just isn’t wanting to behave for me anymore like you said the other day, he doesn’t for you. I’m honestly quite upset by all of this and the lack of forward thinking of how much damage a few words could of done to someone!. No mention about the issue when collected no mention in the message to me on sat 28th july. So by your account a normal groom takes 2.5 hours, hmm add in water breaks your looking at 3hrs. If tazz was soo infested like your claim. Hmmm 4 hours maybe 4 half because thats a big job with a case that bad. So it would take an 1 and half to 2 hrs longer than he spent at your shop. The fur comment made me chuckle you have never had any issues with his fur before normally he comes out looking beautiful this time as a friend put it he looks like he lost a fight to freddie. At this rate with all the lies your telling id hate to see what your nose looks like. Please carry on your just digging yourself a deeper hole. The fact is your gave a poor groom, and treated you ex customers disgracefully. Notice her first concern in the message was about my husband and about complaining and not about the dogs welfare, hmmm someone that has soo much concern for dogs. Looks to me you care more about your ratings than you do for a dogs welfare.

My dog had her very first groom yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. Biscuit came home looking and smelling beautiful. Time was taken to ensure she was happy, content and safe throughout the current heatwave we are experiencing. Will definitely be bringing her back very soon.

Tracey is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable in her trade and she is such a delight to speak to. We use prim n proper pooches because Tracey is a very experienced groomer. She is excellent value for money and we also do purchase a few bits at the shop whilst we are there too. Our Dogs also come back gleaming and smelling absolutely divine. Thank goodness we found Prim n Proper Pooches! The shop is located in the heart of Tilbury so not too far to get too appointments are set at our convenience. Tracey will out of her way to help where possible. We can highly recommend this service. I believe it is worth every penny.and my dogs appreciate their grooming session so much more than I can put in words. ...

As a pet services company we willonly recommend the very best other services for our customers.I’ve known Tracey at PnP for over a year and have directed a number of our dog walking and boarding clients to her.Everyone comes away smelling and looking beautiful every time.This week (end of July 2018) has been the hottest week on record and yet Tracey still managed to groom all of the dogs she had booked in. Thankfully taking her time with some that were feeling the heat more than others. To read a review (below) saying that a dog had its worst groom EVER just because Tracey took her time rather than rush it and stress the dog out is quite unbelievable.I would much prefer my dogs, or anyone else’s dogs, to be in the salon for longer than expected and come out happy and content rather than be rushed and hate the experience.So please, read the other reviews, don’t read the review of one man that finds time more important than the health and safety of his dog.

Tracey has been grooming my dog Darcie for a long time now. Darcie is always happy to be left with Tracey and always comes out looking lush and smelling lush too! I am so very proud of Tracey for achieving her dreams of having a shop and know that she always puts the wellbeing of the dogs as the upmost priority. Thanks for being fab! x

Unsatisfactory, the biggest understatement of the year! We would only leave our dog in what we feel are caring and trustworthy hands, how wrong were we.As a new customer I expected the service to be exemplary, given the need for customers to return to small businesses within the local community, but received nothing but lies!Our beloved family dog was only groomed 4 weeks ago, yet within that time we are told a “flee infestation” has broken out.Only now after looking at previous reviews, I can see the same has happened, if only I had done my research I wouldn’t of gone anywhere near!Amongst these lies a photo of our dog has been posted on the company Facebook page and we were also told that our house must need to be cleaned properly (I can ensure its completely spotless), which I find a disgrace given what I have mentioned.Due to family events we can no longer take him to Mollie’s Grooming who have built up a relationship with him for 6 years and never once tried to sell us lies only being completely honest, trustworthy and caring, the complete professionals! absolutely gutted.Couldn’t leave this experience without writing this review to ensure everyone is aware of the lies being told.Thanks
