I have seen Alan for a few months now and he is a very calm, attentive, amiable person. I had seen a physio elsewhere who thought I was suffering from Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. Alan told me I did not have this condition but had something else and thankfully not in a bad state. I also had problems with many muscle groups and he and his student performed massage on many areas using a Theragun. It turns out that I had many trigger points in these muscle groups and he performs dry needling therapy extremely well. Over the course of many treatments, I am getting close to the person I used to be and he has told me the different types of stretches I need to perform to keep on top of the trigger points. Alan has reassured me on many an occasion about concerns I have had with my health and placed me on the right path. He has his patient’s health at heart as though it was himself and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The clinic is located in the country and very accessible on the outskirts of Balfron having lovely attractive views to the west and north and it is a great place to be. Steve

After his initial assessment of my problem, he set me on a course of IDD combined with other therapy. From the first session of IDD, the nerve pain I had been suffering from for months was relieved, it was nothing short of miraculous. I have been a customer of the clinic for several months couple of issues shoulder pain across the top of my shoulders and lower back pain since I was teen on and off. causing every day task to be painful and I suffered in silence till I could take no more tried physio and got no where, was told about Buckingham clinic and thought I would give it a try. I had hurt my back very suddenly which resulted in a sharp pain in my shoulder blade, limiting my neck motion. Scott examined me within a day and explained to me the exact cause of the problem and over a few sessions, my full neck motion was restored.
