Wouldn’t even let me test drive a vehicle unless I first agreed to pay full price for it (plus an absurd mandatory £299 fee for a 3 month warranty - which anywhere decent will freely include as a nod to their reputation). Not the way to do business. Ultimately, I would have paid the asking price had negotiations failed, but your business attitude lost you a sale today.

Can't fault anchor cars. Bought a lovely Ford kuga titanium. It's a brilliant car.Any issue I had during warranty period was delt with without fuss. Sales and service department very friendly and efficient.I would definitely buy from them again

I visited Anchor Cars in Reading a few days ago and was very impressed with the staff and the selection of cars. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they were happy to answer any questions I had about the cars. They also took the time to show me around the lot.I was particularly impressed with the selection of cars at Anchor Cars. They had a wide variety of cars to choose from, in all different price ranges. They also had a good selection of used cars, which were all in very good condition.Overall, I had a very positive experience at Anchor Cars. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they had a good selection of cars. I would definitely recommend Anchor Cars to anyone looking for a new or used car.Although I did not buy a car on this visit, I will be back in the future as I was very impressed with the dealership.

My experience buying a car from here was trouble free. Jon Clinick, who is a fantastic car sales man who I met when my wife bought a car from him, called me as promised when a car I was looking for came in. He sent me a video of the car before I made my journey as I do not live close. I loved the look of it so I called and said I love it. He got the car checked and all paperwork done ready for when I got there. Offered a test drive before signing. All went very smoothly. Very trustworthy and honest sale. I would definitely recommend the is car sales company for anybody buying a car.

I have recently bought a jaguar fpace from Jon Clinick and the service was second to none, from seeing the car to picking it up was less than a week he was brilliant nothing was to much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Having tried a Ford galaxy locally, I knew that is what I wanted. Really liked one that Anchor Cars/ Diamond motors was selling but too far to view it in person.Anchor cars were so helpful, giving honest advice. I was kept fully updated on order process and good communication on delivery time too. I am really pleased with the service I received, really appreciated the follow up call and extended warranty.

Bought a BMW i8 recently without seeing the car. Looked all over the country and found one 340m away (I’m in the North East) which ticked all of my boxes… except it was too far to view in person Jon was great from start to finish and sent a number of videos over several weeks which helped my decision to buy it. With a FSH, 3 year warranty and the normal due diligence etc., I decided a visit in person wasn’t necessary and a risk I was happy to take. The car was delivered (I did pay for this) by Nick and the process was professional and the care pack is great. Obviously time will tell how the car actually performs and whether I keep it for a number of years (it is a one off after all) but so far, all perfect. Really good condition, drives great, charges as it should… all good!!Thanks Jon.

This is the second car I have brought off Anchor cars.Fantastic company! Jon has moved heaven and earth to get me into a new car. Especially with me not having the best credit. Jon has always kept me updated, sent videos of the car and gone beyond the line duty and care. Great company! Great Guy! I will only go to Anchor cars for second hand cars! Thanks again guys!
