Creditreform has done an outstanding job meeting our credit report needs! Very fast, efficient, accurate and great pricing! We need credit reports that provide accurate, meaningful information that will give underwriters the confidence they need to make significant financial decisions - Creditreform achieves this for us!

We signed a contract with their Turkish office. They were just trying to people who owe money us by phone and e-mail. After we cancelled our contract after 3 months. Everyone can try to reach people who owe money to them. Its a easy job. As these people were not answering our calls , we had to apply for dept collection. I really don't recommend

Having used this company based on the Google reviews my experience was less satisfactory. To chase an international debt at 25% commission I expected exceptional service but instead I found myself chasing this company 2 months after appointment for updates and the company they appointed in destination had chased the debt in the wrong currency. In hindsight it would have been better to go direct to a solicitor for a more timely and professional service. Could not recommend this company based on my experience.

Creditreform (UK) Ltd have been providing excellent services to my employer (a large interior design practice with headquarters in London) for several years now. When we need to carry out due diligence credit/history checks on third parties, the reports that they provide have the detail that we need to make informed decisions before committing. They provide reports for all the territories that we require (including among others China, Taiwan, Russia, Japan) provided you can supply some basic initial information for them to go on - reports tend to arrive either immediately if possible or within a week or two if they need to work with overseas partners. Their customer service is excellent and the prices fair. I would not hesitate to personally recommend them.

Efficient, quick, and effective from start to finish. I could not have wished for any better service. And the fee was quite reasonable. Had a difficult time making a bank transfer and they arranged a different payment method for me. I will definitely be a returning customer if I need debt collection in the future.
