I had very bad experience with this branch. They promised me on phone to discount but when I arrived they did discount any penny. They advertised the car with one previous owner. But received a log book with 3 previous owner. Not happy with service because feel like cheated. Giving 2 stars only because the car is good

First purchase from Nissan, travelled from Essex to see Callum and purchase a car from him and after the care we received during and after I can safely say I would go back again for my next car. Absolute gold star service, eager to assist, excellent communication from both Ben and Cameron, nothing was to much for them. I was swept off my feet and really enjoyed the whole experience of buying my new Nissan Leaf!, they put me at ease as it’s a fully electric vehicle and I had no idea about all the great pluses that’s going to give me! The only advise I could give a potential customer is don’t do it. I have now dealt with Marshall Nissan ashford and tunbridge well both are on par for a abysmal service. Every member of staff I have dealt with is rude, arrogant, a liar or all three at the same time.I’ve had multiple warranty issues, a few of which they have lied about the warranty not covering then backtracked and done it. I’m still waiting on one to be resolved.One of my visits it was booked in for an inspection (they said it would take about 20 min) turned up, they said it had a recall they needed to do so needed for the whole day. No professional courtesy to inform me of this prior. Had to pay for a taxi instead of waiting 20 min and getting on with my day. After doing said recall work they have now caused an oil leak which still isn’t fixed 3 weeks later as they are “waiting for parts”.Today it was booked in to have the oil leak fixed and a warranty issue sorted. Turned up, I was told they had tried to phone to cancel, I have no missed calls, voicemails or emails notifying me of this. Another days money lost and wasted work day for me and they are still telling me the parts are 2 weeks away (if they haven’t received the parts why book the job in the first place). Didn’t even get an apology for there lack of communication or the cancelling of the work. I expect nothing more than poor work and unprofessional staff from this place.Avoid at all cost, they will lie and weasel their way out of anything. This place is not fit for purpose and you should not buy from them or consider them for any paid work, you will regret it.

After a worrying issue with my car. Big thanks to Ian from start to finish from his initial technical telephone conversation about the problem with me, to meeting Liam at the dealership and chatting about it then leaving the car with them, to Ian handing it back the keys all fixed. Ian was reassuring and professional at all times and a credit to the business. Very impressed and more than happy with the level of quality service to put my mind at rest to continue with my relationship as my dealer as they have been for some years. Also good to meet Dean who I will discuss upgrading in the future. Genial, relaxed and not pushy, so made me feel comfortable going forward. Great team. Well done. GrahamFollowing the above issue around August time, I had a few reoccurring niggles which Ian Fraser, Liam and Yanice in the after sales team all helped to now hopefully get resolved.I had my car booked in for a service and MOT at the start of this month (Oct). Some issues from the winter Pot-Hole encounter damage were discovered, highlighted and then properly rectified. The car is now at last thankfully running as it should.I would just like to say that over this period of time and all the collective technical niggles that have seemed to happen, the after-sales team at Marshall Nissan Tunbridge Wells have gone above and beyond what can be termed as ‘customer service’ nowadays and sadly missing in other businesses. Ian Fraser especially is a huge credit to the company. Always ready to respond, answer and reassure me throughout my concerns and issues. Helpful and honest which is so important to me personally. You can tell he has years of knowledge and experience of how to help and properly deal with customers issues. Had it not been for his and the teams assistance, it may have made me think twice in the future about upgrades. Also to be fair, a big shout out to both Yannis and Liam in the team as well for their excellent help, support and reassurance.Long may they continue in their roles which the company should be proud of.All credit and congratulations to the whole Tunbridge Wells squad throughout my recent experiences.

What a traumatic experience today. I only went to enquire about a part and the service manager was externally rude and unhelpful a. How am I supposed to know a technical part of a car ? That was the whole point to come to a main dealer for help. I was also enquiring about a new car but the whole customer journey was totally off putting. He showed no interest in my problem. I am never coming back here again
