Clean place. The appointments are never on time but the doctors are nice and kind. Sometimes you feel that they rush to catch up all the appointments.

I have reviewed nothing but good health care from everyone here who has seen me. Any issues have been a result of the bigger picture and neglect of the NHS. Reception staff, nurses, Covid vaccination volunteers and doctors have all been great. Thanks for all you do

Had a diabetic review, have lost 25 kgs since March and was told You may have lost that weight, you're still obese' no encouragement , just negative comments. How can people feel they are improving with such an attitude?

The women receptionists are the most unsympathetic ppl I've ever spoken to on the phone!! All they say is ring 111 or go to the walk in centre because they don't have any appointments. I bet if I walked in there, the place would be dead!!

Absolutely AMAZING GP Practice and the best I've ever had in my life. They reply very quickly to emails and are extremely efficient. They are progressive in understanding not everything needs to be done by phone, and emails are welcome. This surgery has done wonders for my health and well done to all the hardworking staff.

It’s amazing, isn’t it? The receptionists know that what you really want is an appointment with your GP but will go out of their way to push you onto other services. I gather that this practice specialises in personality by- passes. Been on the books for 4 years, never been able to make an appointment that would be timely enough for my illness. You just know that it’s all gonna be a waste of time. Best bet is the drop-in. Makes you wonder whether all surgeries should operate on that basis. God help us.

My little sister died of alcoholism five years ago. I too now have a drink problem, I came here hoping for some medication to help me get sober. I was told that they wouldn't help me, and that I should continue to drink in case I got a seizure. I have now given up on sobriety, and am looking into buying drugs on the Black Market to help me live with my crippling agoraphobia. Nasty, heartless people.Addendum: the prime directive of the Hippocratic Oath, to which all doctors are supposed to subscribe, is to do no harm. By refusing to provide me with medication to help me with my agoraphobia, I have been forced to self-medicate with alcohol and street drugs, which are slowly but surely killing me. I understand that doctors are given a bonus in their paychecks for every patient they take off tranquillisers, so effectively my doctor is killing me for cash.

Very impressed with a Junior Doctor called Kelly today. She called me back after I left an online message about my illness yesterday. She couldn't have been more helpful. She went off to speak to a GP on my behalf and phoned me back, to give me the GPs opinion on my condition too. This is my first experience with this practice so I hope the rest of the team are as kind and caring.

I'm not dead yet so they've got something right.Good staff and treatment.

Although the appointments are hard to get the staff are very helpful with issues and do what they can for patients.
