I purchased an Audi A4 from Abraham almost exactly 1 year ago.. I've had no issues with it so far and it's still driving superbly. The service I received when collecting the car was also excellent, I travelled from Cornwall and it was well worth it.. I recommend this company and would use him again in future.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAIGUE! Bought a car 6 weeks ago and started making a loud noise the next day, very friendly and helpful at first took back to the dealer to be 'fixed' said there was no noise, there very clearly was. Have AA and independant experts confirm the issues Had to go through lengthy process with finance company to take the car back and get my money back, which we are STILL waiting for 6 weeks later !Do not deal with this dealer he is dishonest AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I bought a car from here October 2021. Had no problems at all with the actual car. I have decided to sell it and since found out it has 5 owners!!!! I was told it had 2. My partner even encouraged me to buy this vehicle as it had only 2 previous owners. They are asking for proof. How can we have proof when it was verbally said. I will take this complaint as far as I possibly can. I am an honest person and do not appreciate been lied to. Do not trust them at all

I bought a 9 years old Mercedes Benz with only 65k miles, in excellent condition with no scratches or dents, no rattle or squeaks, the engine is also in a very good state and the car drives and looks as good as new. Abraham was very polite and helpful and he offered me a good price for my old car as part exchange.I had a minor issue with the car (which can happen with every old car) but Abraham was very helpful and with his team they've solved the problem straight away and he did apologize for the time waste.Excellent costumer service and good cars, keep up the good work Retail Car Ltd""

I'm really pleased with my purchase, booked an appointment for a test drive, I asked if they can have it ready to drive away, on the day of viewing they had the car serviced with a new MOT ready to drive away, I was very happy with the condition and it drove very smoothly so I bought the car and drove it away, the process was very easy and quick, no hidden fees, a few months later I'm still in love with my new car! Thanks guy

Bought 2 cars from Abraham before and I'm very pleased, he is honest and helpful. Will do his best to solve any problem and he will go the extra mile to ensure that his customers are happy. Recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Abraham. We went to view the car & it was as listed on there web site no hidden surprises. Nothing was to much as Abraham answered all our questions & made us feel at ease with no pressure into purchasing the car. Eventually after short negotiation we purchased the car. Customer service 10 out of 10 for Retail Cars & Abraham. The car had no or very little fuel in it, so Abraham then put some in for us from a fuel can he had to make sure that we didn’t run out of fuel going to the petrol station. We was just about to drive of & Abraham himself noticed that there was a nail in the rear tyre. He could of left it as we didn’t see it, but he informed us of it & then arranged for a puncher repair to be done before we left with a car. We wasn’t charged for the extra fuel or the tyre puncher repair he did, now that’s what you call great customer service. Thank you to Abraham & all they guys at Retail cars.

I bought a Fiat 500 fromAbraham during lockdown online so quite a risky move! Abraham could’nt have been more helpful. He sent me videos of the car inside and out and very quickly arranged for a driver to get it down to me in West Sussex explaining that I wasnt under any obligation to purchase it on arrival. The deliver driver was polite and helpful. I decided to buy the car, received a courtesy call from Abraham and all the info on taxing it that same day. The car has been brilliant and the service I received was fantastic- I would definitely use their services again. Thank you!

Just bought a 1.6L 2006 Ford Focus Ghia from them. Can’t overstate how impressed I am with the service from Abraham and the mechanics. Abraham is honest, helpful, knowledgeable and a bit of a perfectionist. At my request he replaced the clutch at cost price, then wouldn’t let me drive it away as he wasn’t happy with the way it felt once fitted. He arranged for one of his mechanics to drop it off at my workplace once he was happy with it. Also touched up some of the scuffs and scratches for free. Beautiful car, especially given its age, and I feel confident because of the service I’ve had. Really impressed.
