Lovely modern spacious salon, all newly refurbished during lockdown. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, and for those worried, everything is Covid-19 compliant.I am very happy with my new haircut, I got exactly what I asked for.

A real find. I used an offer voucher from Groupon to get my hair cut. A simple wash cut and blow dry they did a really excellent job. Hair cut and looks shiny again, it also smells fantastic.The place is very clean, has lots of capacity and seemed to have instant service when I arrived. I booked my appointment the day before and they had availability which was great as I often don't have the time to plan in advance.

Avoid at all costs. Went to have my hair done on the 12th September and wish I never did, went in expecting half head icy blonde baby lights and a trim. I ended up with Orangey/yellow tones which looked awful and parts of my half head roots missing colour.I phoned and explained that I wasn’t happy with my hair after seeing it in proper lighting to be told what I received I asked for, I explained it definitely wasn’t what I asked for but Paris continued to gaslight me saying otherwise.I went in asking for icy blonde and even showed her pictures of icy blondes which I wanted, I even stated I don’t like warm blonde.She couldn’t even have the decency to offer me to go back to correct it or even a refund, all I got offered was a toner which wouldn’t have corrected it.I ended up getting a second opinion, in-which they agreed what was done was shocking and parts of my hair not even touched where it should have been coloured. So I had to pay out even more money to get my hair corrected.The salon clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or there reputation cos like other places have said to me they would of offered to correct it and wouldn’t want a customer to feel how I did, the way she gaslighted me was beyond disgusting.She even zoned out me chatting to her on several occasions so it goes to show she don’t pay attention, so what she thinks she heard was incorrect.I wouldn’t go back to that salon even if someone paid me to, an absolute disgrace of a salon!!!!

Love the staff, it was such a great experience, they all interact with each other, all laugh and talk to each other, my hair looked amazing, booked another appt to go back, thanks guys for making me feel welcome at Shine xxx
