Excellent service from Jacqui today who was so friendly and helpful offering great advice but most importantly listening well to what we were looking for in a holiday. We're all booked up after a trip into the lichfield store, much easier than spending hours pouring over a laptop at home - we can't wait and the TUI app is on my phone, counting down the days 102 days and 22 hours until we go away!!

Excellent service via the staff at Tui- Lichfield.Booked a cruise (first timer ) and visited the shop as Online and brochures seemed complex.Jacqui explained everything exceptionally well and it was much better talking face to face with someone, who was there to help and answer our many questions.Thank you also to Laura who also helped.Fully recommend that if your thinking of a cruise, go in and chat to them.

I recently enquired about a holiday to Lanzarote in store as had reservations about booking as not travelled since covid. Jacqui was very reassuring and found me a deal I couldn't resist! Definitely returning to jacqui to book another holiday when I've come back off this one

This was the 3rd time this year that we had been into the store to book a holiday which shows what great service they give you. Today Jacqui helped us book a holiday for next year. She took her time to make sure we booked the best destination as I have mobility issues. She was very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the team there. Thankyou

Went into the store today with the intention of booked a family break for next year, I normally dislike the process of booking a holiday but for once enjoyed it. I mainly attribute this to the staff who were all very busy the entire time we were there. Special thanks should be given to Laurawho I feel has done everything in her power to make sure my son's first holiday abroad will be amazing.
