SPL Sports Therapy
Stephen is a professional, who delivers first class service. I have been going to him since October 2021 and I have noticed a huge difference to my health and fitness. I have had a series of injuries over the past two years and with each one being different, Stephen has addressed them appropriately. I could not recommend a better physio, if you are even considering, just go ahead and book the consultation!

I visited Stephen to try dry cupping for the first time followed by a deep tissue massage.He was friendly, made me feel at ease straight away and listened to my needs and problem areas. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained every step of the treatment.It was certainly an experience but I left feeling so much better after. Will definitely be going again and would highly recommend!
