Ransomes Sunblinds (Westbury) Ltd

Ransome blinds have been a real let down this time round our third time in 10+yes.Luke fitted our bathroom shutter but didn’t tell us he had damaged our newly plastered and painted wall and had also scratched our new bath.Unfortunately, the colour the wall is painted means we are unable to repair the damage and patch paint.The treatment from Luke and the Director of Ransome blinds has been absolutely horrendous with no customer service whatsoever, and they actually mocked us when I complained. They took our money and never even tried to rectify the damage that was caused. I found Luke and his Director extremely arrogant and I shall never use them again.

What an amazing couple of lads nothing was too much trouble for them putting up our conservatory blinds, so very pleased with the transformation, and even when I damaged a blind they soon came to my rescue so a massive thank you lads
