My wife's phone had got worn out, poor phone, so we went to the O2 shop for a new phone. The shop was busy so we booked a slot in half an hour. Went for a coffee at Rosies. Returned to O2 where a lovely lady helped us choose a new phone. My wife couldn't remember her passwords so the lady worked around that. She sorted out the new phone always with a pleasent smile. I would have been exasperated myself. Very helpful and offered to complete the set up once we had the passwords. (I set it up at home). Very pleased with the service and the price of the new phone that did not break the bank. An excellent shop.

Very happy to write a review to let as many people know as possible to have no dealings what so ever with this store if they want to receive money for their recycled phones and have a hassle free life. Unfortunately this is not the case for my husband and me the shop took our old phones said we would get £265.00 for each one on 30th October and not seen any money. Apparently the store sent the phones to be repaired and not recycled. My husband has been in contact Paul Taylor at the store who was under the impression that it had been sorted to which we told him it was far from sorted. Now going through their complaints procedure and have an email for the CEO of o2.

Really friendly staff in here and since I've moved to o2 a good few years ago I haven't had any problems or found a cheaper deal. They supported me helping me choose a laptop for when I start university that's really popular which I could pay monthly for with my phone contract.The staff are always really nice and extremely helpful.

Staff could not have been more helpful. After awful experiences with O2's online service, the shop staff were fantastic, sorting out a new contract for my daughter in no time. Huge thanks to Umar for all his help.

Honest review.Awful asked for a deal as I'm on sim only , offered a new phone that I wasn't sure about and a contract I was unsure of so before I agreed to the deal,Asked for a different type of phone to be told this store had limited stock _OK fair enough (also the conversation from the customer service guy was very blarsai I appreciate its probably a 9-5 Monday job hence why I was polite and would never be rude like some people can be , all I ask is for good customer service )Anyway When asking can I get the store to order for myself from a bigger store or online o2 that stocked one I was told I needed to do it myself > Why? Your o2I then asked could the customer service guy help with my O2 sign in as it keeps saying error he said sorry I can't I have a blank screen on my computer you need to call up , (come on its because you didn't get the sale and now I'm just seen as a waste of time in your eyes).... this is were the customer service fell down and I chose to buy the phone wanted outright from another store. Your loss.I will make one positive comment icould see another sales advisor helping helping an elderly gentleman with his phone even though he wasn't o2 fair play but my experience was dreadful and the reason I'm writing this review is I also herd the comment from the customer service advisor to another saying idiot just because i wanted help- I won't use the word you used.Disgusting behaviour really I should of made a complaint but I'll say you was having a bad day at the office I've got class.
