Mixed feelings about our trip here. My little one enjoyed it and I appreciate the effort gone in to make this a more natural play experience and space. However, my understanding is that a child (not nappied) soiled themselves on the slide and the staff weren’t unaware, they reassured the upset child and panicked parent and showed them to the bathroom (which weren’t all that clean). To then see them allowed to reenter the play space in the same visibly soiled clothing did put me quite on edge.Food and drink were nice although a little overpriced. Tables were clean and tidied up quickly after people left. Staff were pleasant until right at the end when they got incredibly defensive after I kindly made them aware that 3 children had hurt themselves in the same manner at the bottom of the slide in just the couple of hours we were there. Like their responses to reviews here, I was shutdown with comments about how they meet safety standards etc.I was going to be far kinder in this review, but after seeing them acknowledge the same safety complaints in reviews since they opened a year ago, and not act on them, it’s a bit ignorant and disingenuous to their customers.I appreciate risky play, it has so much developmental potential, but I don’t appreciate dangerous play. And when there is a thick chain hanging beside the main walkway (which could easily still be functional with a simple anchor); uncovered metal scaffolding bars directly above the top of the play area steps; and a slide that is “so fast” it has (to staff’s own admission) caused children to have their legs stuck and dragged behind them and a drop at the bottom that caused 3 kids to have a harsh blow to the back of the head in the 2 hours we were there, I think going just that little above the standard safety regulations would probably be wise and not at all take away from the natural and risky play ethos they desire. There’s no need to eradicate risks entirely, but to soften a couple of the accident prone areas (top of stairs, bottom of slide) would reduce unnecessary bumps. It’s a great location and I love the idea of providing a variety of children’s groups and parties in the space, bringing the outdoors in. But just because it adheres to safety standards doesn’t mean it couldn’t do with a couple of extra measures.

I'm sure it's lovely if u get there early enough. My partner sent me over to take our boy, whilst she looked in some girly shops. She'd checked it out prior and noted the closing time on the door to be 6pm.When I arrived, at ~17.32, I was informed that last entry was 17.30... kinda fair enough, just think it could be clearer on the door or a bit more flexible, I'd have paid the usual rate for 20mins and had a coffee. It was lucky the lad wasn't aware of the potential fun to be had.Guess I know for next time.

The kids toy/play area at the back is good. The beach huts are great but the sandpit area with a huge boulder with sand on it which some kids may climb on seems unsafe. The play area at the front seems unsafe given scaffolding framework is exposed in some areas, timber edges are uneven, chains for buckets are free hanging.Has a lot of potential but not somewhere I'd want to visit again until a few things are looked at and general safety is improved.

This softplay is amazing! It's like the outdoors but indoors and it's small enough that you can sit on a table and relax whilst the kids have a great time. This is going to be a total staple for us I can tell. Hats off to the lovely staff. To all the negative reviews about how it's not super perfectly baby proofed that's actually a plus in my opinion. Safe risky play is so good for kids and I didn't find it at all risky personally. Also I think it's reasonably prices considering it doesn't have a time limit and it's beautifully done and I'm happy to play for quality.

Had a really great time there today with my three kids ages 1-3. They all happily entertained themselves and even though it’s small(ish), after 2 hours they still didn’t want to leave! Really friendly staff, delicious cake (we had 3 between us) and generally a very calm, lovely atmosphere. Added bonus being you can actually sit and have a cuppa/talk because you’re close enough to both areas and can hear your child if they call. 100% will be back with more friends.

It's a lovely place, although can get very busy and crowded with kids, adults, buggies and bags filling the small place. The hard play is nice, a bespoke construction and kids will love the slides, cooking gear and toys. Sand pit is typical chaos with kids but good fun. There are tables and chairs (all will be quickly bs laid claim to with bags and coats). The above could be forgiven but you pay a fair price to go in, it was just under £11 for two adults and a little one. Soft play at somewhere like Ninja Warrior next door is half the price, includes an adult with a kid and is four times the size and much easier to get around.Tldr, the staff are great and it's the only one of its type in Cribbs making the most of the space they have. It being so popular and busy shows it's doing something right.

It's unhygienic for adults to wear shoes when children play with toys and equipment. Unfortunately, I only realized this after paying £8.25 for two adults and one under 2 to go in which I think they charged me more than I should have paid!+++ Thank you for your answer. I am sorry for misreading the price table. Let's say it is overpriced for what is offered.I do not agree on ‘hygiene’.Adults were in the sandpit, and no one bothered to take their shoes off while the infants were playing. When I asked the staff they said it is not a rule but only a recommendation. (I am not sure if there were any signs of it)There are many small particles, including hairs and other debris, within the sand. Also, no one informed us that the soft play area was closed. There was not much to do with under 2yo in the remaining area. That info should have been shared before people go in. I haven't checked, but I think we only spend less than 30 minutes inside.

Great place to take the kids. Would recommend to anyone. All natural wood play area with wood kitchen, slides, rope bridge, bark slides. There is also a sand area with lots of toys to play with and an area with baby and young toddler toys. Coffees were excellent. Toilets and baby changing areas were very clean. Friendly staff made you feel welcome and there's no time limit on play. It's more expensive than other places I have been but I would rather pay for here as it's a very cool place with no time limit. Loved it.

It was a good thing to have in a shopping centre and was well maintained. The only issues being one toilet for adults which is also the changing toilet, I ended up leaving and going into the shopping centre as I was waiting for so long, not much of an issue though. The biggest problem was the lack of space for seating, there weren’t enough spaces and when it did quiet down a little and we got to the tables they are so crammed into one area it’s difficult to sit comfortably without almost being on someone else’s lap.I’d highly recommend though the kids loved it and it’s nice to have something a little different to do on a wet day.
