Good variety of teas and free from range. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc. Fresh fruit and vegetables and deli here is interesting

Been shopping here on and off for 20+ years and have seen it changed so many times the staff are friendly on the tills it's a shame they don't have much tills available as they used to. They have more self checkouts now and it will be a night are over the Christmas season. The store itself is updated it's clean they have alot of stock available unlike other Morrisons I have been to. They have a okay selection of clothing available mostly children clothes and woman's. There is a cafe inside which has good deals the reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the tills situation they just need more available.

Truly ghastly storeshopping for a dozen items today , went to pay and till broke down, wouldn't accept any payment.checkout operator sat there chewing the whole time , queue a mile long stretching back through the store . Checkout operator wouldn't move from her seat , so after ten minutes had to go and try and find a supervisor from somewhere myself ! lesson learned - shop at Tesco or Aldi.

We all have bad days.. but here at Morrisons in Diss it does seem perpetually a Monday, raining or one of those days. Never on repeated occasions have I met a group of unstimulated individuals. Don’t get me wrong there are one or two who wish to help remembering what their job is but unfortunately the majority are sour and let the Morrisons brand down. I genuinely get more positive feedback from the upbeat automated checkouts

Why Morrisons? Unlike other supermarkets they still have a meat and fish counter, as well as many other in store services, and with the Morrisons More card have very competitive prices and rewards. Really friendly and helpful staff as well.

Ordered a breakfast, the picture showed the baked beans in a ramekin, ( I don't like beans so always pass to husband) Breakfast arrived after a 30 minute wait, stone cold, beans poured on plate. Inedible.

Went in just to browse with no real intention of buying anything. Saw a source that I liked and could not find elsewhere so picked up 4 and put them in a shopping bag and went to the check out to pay. Was told that I could not for whatever reason. Think they thought I was about to do some shop lifting. So as they made it difficult for me to pay, I dumped them and walked out.

Even though they advertise that their trolleys are clean, there is never anything to clean them with before use. Covid is still with us in case you haven’t heard

As usual great variety and some good offers. Downside was Diss store has reduced lighting and store seemed dark and shopping was difficult in areas as well as overall ambience. Looked like light strips and aisles were not designed for each other with some areas better lit.
