I've been seeing Karen for sports regularly for many years she is exceptional, client centred, knowledgable as a older triathlete I get my fair share of physical aches n strains and Karen puts them right! Thank goodness

Karen came highly recommended by other runners and I can see why. She is very passionate about running and knows how to get the best out of your legs. Surprisingly the massage wasn't at all painful and yet my legs feel light and refreshed.
