Wow!!!We spent an evening for our first wedding anniversary and we could not have had a better experience. The staff are INCREDIBLE. Warm, friendly with the best service (this is coming from someone that has worked in hospitality for 23 years so even more on the look out). The room we stayed in was beautiful. The bed - OH MY DAYS!!! So good that we are going to buy the four season pillows. The spa treatment was so relaxing, and we are fussy. And the food and drink was simply delicious. We can't wait to return.Thank you Four Seasons Hampshire for making our wedding anniversary so special.Emily and Rewfus

We had afternoon tea at Four Seasons in Dogmersfield. It was a lovely experience. Antony looked after us very well and service was excellent - well done and thank you to him. We had dietary requirements which were catered to. The sandwiches, scones and pastries were all presented very well and tasted great. We would have liked some more tea options though - there’s a smaller choice here than at other places we have been to. Considering the price, we would recommend the hotel as a treat once in a while. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, you can easily spend an hour or two strolling around. Great views generally. Ample parking.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the FS Hampshire. The reception desk was lovely as well as the grounds for walks. The only criticism I would suggest improving is the valet desk, we requested our car with Man the valet and waited for over 30 minutes and nearly missed out flight out of heathrow. I hope just a misunderstanding but I did request my car be brought around before I went to breakfast 30 minutes earlier. Great room and location.

Spend a long weekend here a few weeks ago for my boyfriend’s birthday and have to say (nearly) everything was perfect - the rooms were great and loved the welcome birthday touch, the service everywhere we encountered was perfect, and the amenities throughout the property were great (spa, bar, activities etc). The only item that could’ve been improved was dinner on our second night in the Wild Carrot - the service was incredibly slow because there was only one server (who was super lovely nonetheless) working in our section - she definitely seemed a bit stressed so perhaps bad management/understaffing here. A bit strange since breakfast both mornings was thoroughly staffed with impeccable service.I was also concerned pre-visit that the property would be more suited for families/kids rather than couples, but this definitely wasn’t the case fortunately - felt perfectly at ease and there were many non-families/couples around too.Already wanting to plan our next visit here!!

Superb! Could not be better stay (except maybe the weather :) ). Everything was perfect. The rooms, the services, the food.... On the expensive side, but other than that, just perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hampshire, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The first thing that struck me was the exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. It was a great way to start each day of my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the surprise picnic hosted by Luca. It was a truly unforgettable experience. The attention to detail, the picturesque setting, and the delectable food made it a memorable moment that I will cherish for a long time.Another standout was the thoughtful gesture of Candace organizing a treasure hunt for my nephew throughout the property. He was delighted, and I'm certain he will carry the memories of this special activity with him for years to come. It's these personalized touches that make Four Seasons Hampshire truly exceptional.Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to Yogesh for ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. His dedication to providing an amazing guest experience was evident, and it contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my time at the hotel. In conclusion, my stay at Four Seasons Hampshire exceeded all expectations. The fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, amazing guest experiences like the surprise picnic and the treasure hunt, all made it a remarkable and unforgettable stay. Thank you to everyone involved in making my time at the hotel truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Just an incredible stay! All the little touches the staff do really make it even more unique, from turn downs service, to a happy anniversary congratulations chocolates and wine in our room, to the bedding and cast iron steel bath tub! The room are immaculatly clean, well decorated and very roomy. We stayed in the garden room. The spa was relaxing by the pool side where the staff were so helpful and treatments very relaxing with good advice afterwards. F&B team super attentive and friendly without being stuffy, which is just what we like. We were welcomed by the friendly team on front desk who helped arrange thing for us. It felt like a home from home, and we felt very comfortable. Staff made the effort to come and chat to us. We had a brilliant stay, and it exceeded our expectations. We will be back, hopefully for Christmas. Oh the breakfasts too!!! Yum!!! We get what all the fuss is about guys, well done. You outdid yourselves.

We are just checking out today of the Four Seasons Hampshire after 3 nights and 4 days at the property. We had a WONDERFUL time - it was eight of us total, 3 children (ages 5/9/13) and 5 adults. We had a total of 4 rooms - all perfect and absolutely beautiful, classic FSH.The property is just perfect, vast and beautiful and incredibly maintained.Activity ReviewHorseback riding - 9/10 - the facility and staff are wonderful and the ride for non experienced riders is 30 minutes around the equestrian facility. Only reason I wouldn’t give it a 10/10 is there is zero time to ride alone at all without an assessment.Bird Experience/ Falcon Experience- 100/10 truly the best thing we’ve done all trip and we came from the FSH George V in Paris - Me. Wilson who runs the bird encounter is INCREDIBLE and so kind and knowledgeable and the birds are beyond fascinating. Even if you don’t like birds, or don’t care about this experience, do it anyways!Carriage Ride - 8/10 - we did two carriage rides through the property and they were great and lovely but kind of just boring, they folks who do it are amazing but it would be a great experience if this could have been longer and paired with a picnic or something (of course for an extra charge)Canal Boat Tour - 3/10 this one was a bust - the man who runs the boat is very nice but the boat just basically floats along the river at under 10mph with nothing to see. You then are dropped off in town for lunch at the Red Lion, or so we thought dropped off. You are taken to a drop off point and the restaurant is a 20 minute walk. The restaurant itself is fine but nothing worth the walk and with children or elderly this may not be for you.Axe Throwing / Archery - 10/10 we loved this! The guy running it is wonderful and even though there is an age minimum, he had kids soft throwing axes for our 5 year old. Was wonderful!Fly Fishing - 10/10 wonderful experience, we fly fish quite a bit so didn’t need the lesson but caught 3 trout - great time! Guide was so kind!Clay Shooting - 10/10 another great activity, we shoot quite a bit so didn’t need the lesson but a wonderful time and the staff was great.Amenity ReviewKid’s Playground - 10/10 fabulous little playground, other children were always there so always fun!Kid’s Club - 9/10 wonderful kids club to drop kiddos off at during the day if you chose. Only downside is a 2 hour max time limit which makes it tough if you are doing multiple activities that small children cannot attendKid’s Pool - a great time, children loved it, always a lot of other kiddos aroundAdult Pool - beautiful and well appointedSpa - great services! Massages for 4 guests and everyone loved themWild Carrot Restaurant - great selections for a 3 meals of the day, wonderful staffPizza Pop Up - really delicious! Should keep this forever.Afternoon Tea - a must! DeliciousComplaintsThe hotel is in need of a refresh - not a remodel but a good refresh - the rooms do not need this at all as they are recently remodeled and spectacular. The spa desperately needs an upgrade - the services are wonderful and so on brand of a FSH but the facilities need life breathed into them, as does the kids pool. The restaurants looks great until you look up, ceilings etc need to be re done. None of these affect your stay in any way but for the price and the fact that it’s a Four Seasons Hotel, it needs to keep up with the FSH look and brand.Only thing we all as a group wish the hotel offered was some sort of evening activity for families / everyone. Didn’t need to be some big thing, even a star gazing program, optional outdoor movie, night swimming with programming for children. We would have absolutely paid for this if it would have been offered. In all, we WILL be back - it was a FABULOUS stay and the staff is top notch!!!

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire
I stayed for two nights, and while I would describe the experience as decent, I had higher hopes for a Four Seasons hotel. I went to the afternoon tea, but I regrettably didn't have the best time because I discovered a hair in one of the cakes and a thread in another cake, so I didn't eat the remaining food. The fried chicken burger on the bar menu was excellent, and the dish of fish and chips we got was equally excellent. The fine dining menu, however, was only okay and lacking in taste. Due to several bugs, the hotel pathways weren't the cleanest. I found a strand of hair in the toilet when I first entered the room, which wasn't the finest start.
