Terrible. Booked a cab in plenty of time to take my mother with very limited mobility to her hospital appointment (an appt we’d been waiting for a year for) and ended up late. First cab just didn’t turn up. Had to re-book. Second driver very nice - but we explained where we needed to go in the hospital and he took us to the opposite entrance of the one we needed. It would be a good 10 minute walk away from the ‘correct’ entrance for people with normal mobility - but it was 30mins for my mother with Parkinson’s. She was very upset. Not a good service at all.

Terrible, my driver charged me extra 20 pounds. I ended up paying 60 pounds for a trip that showed 36 pounds on the app. That is daylight robbery. Called their main office and seem they are all in it.

Very smart and easy booking system at J’R Hospital you press a button and you get a Ref number to hand over to the Taxi Driver which he Turned up before we made it to the front doors.Very smart Driver so professional offered to help with the wheelchair opened the car doors asked where would you like to be seated in front or back seat.So friendly he knew the geography of Oxford far too well. Very very clean car tooAlso he drove very calm we felt so comfortableI would highly recommend this professional taxi driver 024Many thanks for getting us home so quickly and safely early today.Well done 001 Taxis

Despite booking a taxi the night before it didn’t show up.I ordered another, after the original no show and the driver was excellent.He knew how to avoid the morning traffic and got me to my appointment on time.

Bad service the operator was rude and had no idea what she was doing! Do not use it’s not work your money! The driver was nice but the operator rude and not helpful at all when she forgot to assign my ride to someone and the driver arrived one hour late and he had just gotten the job 5 min earlier before picking me up so why was I not asigned a driver before?

Superior service. Arrived ahead of the dispatcher's estimate. The car was very clean. The driver was stellar. He helped with our luggage, he was polite and friendly, and got us to our destination with amazing efficiency. Excellent, just excellent.

The driver was friendly, considerate, houghtful and caring. He could see that I was struggling with the packages that I had and assisted me from the pick-up to the drop-off.good old fashion service provided. Thank you soooo much :-) PS: please share my comments with the driver and others colleagues
