Cordial and professional. Did my MOT the other day and I was advised I could wait in their cozy waiting room till my car was ready to collect. I'm surely going to take here my car for its annual service.

I took my van in was told would cost “WELL OVER A THOUSAND £ 3 times ,I kept saying I need a definite quote , in the end after been told again I took it away for a second opinion to a auto electrician, he fixed it for me £40 which is £10 less than ME AUTos CHARGED to look at it . I knew it would be something or nothing , it’s very difficult to have trust in garages when they act like this , I am a joiner and give quotes regularly to act like this would be unprofessional to highest level

From calling at 9:30 to completion by 11:00.I’ve been needing to find a new auto centre for the odd jobs, and M.E Autos have just secured it.They break the mould of your standard garage, with dedicated reception staff so you’re not waiting for the phone to be picked up, to a complimentary and comprehensive waiting area. This garage has the standard of a large commercial dealer at a family ran pride and joy scale, and it’s obvious.Originally, it seemed that a part was needed to be ordered in, but Shaun didn’t just stop, he kept looking to try find me a replacement valve and that he did which meant I didn’t need to wait for delivery of an item it could be done there and then as I arrived.With a choice of complimentary refreshments in a dedicated modern and clean waiting area away from noise meant you can relax in comfort and peace.The only change I’d recommend is a queuing system for the phone lines as if reception/tel line is busy you have to guess when it might become available again, but that’s not a massive deal.

I always take my care here and have been taking it for years. Great Service and the costs are not over the top. Always polite too. I wont take my care any where else as I feel that I am not being ripped off and always feel my car is safe to drive away.

Fantastic service went for MOT and Interim service. Took longer than expected but overall. Its all gooood. Thank you. Will be coming back next year for the next MOT.

I have an old zafira (58) and needed a quality garage to sort its many problems, M.E. motors are the best I have ever used. They also have the best waiting room, like a hotel standard with drinks biscuits and TV. All work is guaranteed and to the highest standards.
