The cheapest prices I’ve ever seen and lovely customer service

One of the sales assistants today really showed patience and care throughout the whole purchase today. So rare to find such good customer service and willing to help! He wasn't looking to make just a quick sell, but was also willing to miss his lunch for us, to guide us through everything step by step. Recommend all day everyday! Great staff and service.

Went to Carphone Warehouse today to switch network providers and get an upgrade. The lady working there was amazing, very patient and friendly. She knew what she was doing and explained everything very well. Overall I was really happy and very satisfied!

I have just been served today by two young unexperienced members of staff giving you two different kinds of information to sell their product. Do not buy any iPhones from carphone warehouse if you change the Sim card in the phone the phone will automatically be blocked and it will be difficult for you to unblock due to the staff not knowing which company to call to unblock your phone. I am a very unhappy customer today and I will never go back. If you require iPhone go to your local apple where you will be served by experience staff at a professional level and gets the correct information on all of the products

It's the previous Carphone Warehouse in Golders Green where Ms P.Q used to be a Store Manager. It's not there no more. Very Sad. Great Memories.

Kept me waiting for over 20mins and once the girl working understood that I only wanted to buy a phone and not have a contract with Carphone Warehouse she told me I had to do my business online.
