I would highly recommend High Reach Systems if you need help with furniture or bulky items that need a hoist. Simon arrived well on time to hoist our furniture up to our second floor flat through our balcony door. He was extremely helpful and made light of a heavy and difficult job. All was done very efficiently and very swiftly. His estimate for travelling over 100 miles and doing the job was very fair.Simon was patient and very helpful and went to a lot of trouble to make sure he had the correct equipment to get through a narrow entrance.An excellent job done!!

Want to get a massive, heavy Smeg Fridge into the first floor of a Georgian Townhouse on a narrow road? We phoned on Friday and Simon was there bang on time on Monday. Hoisted and in through the window with no fuss. Proper positive discussion about which way is best, none of this negative rubbish that so many people turn up with. Great job.

I can’t praise Simon and his team enough for getting my sofas into my 4th floor flat in Brighton. I thought I’d have to sell my sofas because they wouldn’t fit through the doors to the living room so I was thrilled to find Simon’s business. Two other competitors didn’t even return my calls - which is crazy.I can’t recommend this business highly enough (no pun intended). Thanks again.

Amazing service from Simon and colleague in getting our new sofa in through a 2nd floor window. It wasn't a straightforward situation and took longer than they expected, but they made sure that the job was done professionally and safely. Excellent communication and friendly approach ... Simon and his team mate was very professional, quick and efficient. I was worried before they arrived but they put my mind to ease straight away. They arrived on time set up quick and the whole job I was dreading was done in a blink of an eye. Now we can enjoy our big four seater. This is the 2nd time we’ve used High Reach Systems: this time to help us remove large items from a loft room through a Juliet balcony (where the staircase was too tight). Simon was super helpful and made sure everything was removed carefully and cleanly. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending High Reach Systems,, and using them again in the future.
