Very good experience. I have a used car warranty that some garages don't like dealing with as it involves phoning the company (Peugeot). This garage didn't mind at all, gave a lender car when an additional issue was found. Before even telling me about the issue they called Peugeot warranty and got it authorized so there was 0 stress. Definitely positive experience.

The place to go for car repairs, kind honest staff will give or get you the best price for your parts and fix them. Highly skilled mechanics and they will get you car mot for you next door. I would use them every time on all the family cars

Me and my parents repeatedly used Ricardo's and had good service, but in the last two years they have seriously let us down. Quoting huge labour costs for very basic work, mis-diagnosing things, failing mots on a simple bulb that could have been replaced for 50p instead of giving a car a chequered history.A shame really, before I'd recommend them but now it's like nobody cares.
