Rude and unprofessional staff. Too many homeless people obstructing the entrance. I know Cowley road is rough but come on guys!

Newly refurbished. (Where are the previous staff?) stocks not brilliant. Sadly have added a take away (non -environmentally friendly ) Costa coffee machine. Stock reflects it being in a student area. Better cashier system now with some self serve tills . Has a free cash machine

Bit busy and bit awkward layout, but one member of staff, a young lady with glasses really knows her stuff. I wanted information on a vaporiser kit as I was was quitting smoking and wanted to start but I really didn't expect a till assistant to have such knowledge of such a random product, she also knows allot about the card point scheme and has explained this in detail to me, she clearly takes time to learn her products and systems. So the four stars is more for her as a saleswoman than co op in general as co ops in my opinion are usually pretty awful.

One of the staff asked for my ID and and saw the name of my country and started commenting. It felt very awkward. It's clean and tidy, but bit small.

Here work the most rude staffs in the UK. They always lock the door front of the customers 5 min before closing. No one can go in. I'm just wondering what kind of management is here because anywhere around in the UK the policy sais the all coop shops has to be keep the door till close. Its a same.

I would honestly give zero stars If I could, I have never been spoken to so arrogantly and disrespectfully by anyone in a supermarket yet alone a female member of staff in the co op on Divinity road. I have left the CO OP never wanting to go back despite it being the closest shop to me. I hope management deal with this lady imminently (I have never seen her before, presumably new member of staff). I will be chasing this up with management. SORT IT OUT.

Chicken and meat quality better than Tesco although the latter is overall cheaper.Great prices if you know how to fish as they use the usual tricks of showing cheap front page products to conceal the expensive ones.Drinks are enormous in variety!Fruits and vegetables are good but few are organic.Great for Christmas shopping.Superb car park with a nearby fuel station (cheapest in Oxford), car wash, burger king (use phone vouchers), boots pharma, Next, Mark and Spencer, mother care and a sports centre ‘sport direct’ with on the go available discounts much cheaper than amazon

This shop has been my local shop for the past 4 years. The staff are unfriendly and rude, especially the management. The security guards intrusively follow you around the store making you feel uneasy. There is often a strong odor emanating from the staff which put you off from purchasing food items especially the loose baked goods. I usually walk twice the distance to go to the nearby Tesco or Morrisons as i find this shop unsatisfactory.

Would give 0 star if I could. Stopped shopping at Iffley road but now no more cowley road. Order Uber a lot yet they never have an alternative. You telling me not one bit of milk in your coop?!
