Visited the Jo Malone counter today and was attended to by the very attentive assistant Sharon. Sharon took the time to spoil me with the most beautiful hand and arm massage with a glass of bubbles. Sharon has a great knowledge of the scent and how to mix the fragrance. Thank you for the lovely Saturday treat.

We had a wonderful experience with Kristal for the Scent my wedding experience. She was also able to emboss the box to make it extra special for the big day. I highly recommend going into store for this experience.

100% get down and try the Wedding Scenting experience, absolutely fab experience. Diane is a wee weapon - only had to tell her 3 words of what we liked and she instantly picked out the perfect scents for our wedding, all layered beautifully and also I am 3 glasses of prosecco better off ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I have had the most wonderful experience today in Jo Malone ❤️I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful person.We are getting married in 3 weeks & I was in picking my wedding scent. I selected my fragrance & Diane helped me pick my moisture to pair with the scent.10/10 service & made our day so special

Pure hell. Queued forever - 3 deep. The only good thing was that they had some seats whilst they packaged your goods. The gift box was free (I’d like to think so) but 25p for a tiny bag - they could have included that in the item cost. They didn’t say that when I was in the day before. No free samples which would make the queue more palatable and I do think you can get freebies online. Has got far too expensive and nothing really at the token price range as everything is woeful expensive. They need more people packing and on tills - at least another two and they could reorganise to do that. Hell at Christmas.

We had a wonderful experience at the Victoria square branch in Belfast today with Ann. We had gone in to get a fragrance for our upcoming wedding day and Ann made us feel so special. She was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and just an all round lovely lady. She thought of everything and made the whole experience one that we won’t forget.
