Party Tubz Bristol are extremely helpful for tent rentals! Great communication from their team, and they helped us get all of the permits in a limited amount of time.

We booked a hot tub for the weekend of my wives birthday. Unfortunately the tub stopped working after having it for one morning. Party tubz came to replace the unit and we were able to use the tub for the evening before the same fault happened again. The spare motor that party tubz supplied didn’t fit the tub meaning that we weren’t able to continue using the tub. I looked up the error code that the motor was displaying and it indicated a problem with the filter, I took the filter out and cleaned it, it still didn’t work. I then brought new filters (none were supplied with the tub) I put a brand new filter in the tub and it still didn’t work. Unfortunately this meant that for a three day hire we were only able to use the tub for one afternoon/evening. Party Tubz we’re apologetic but despite promising that they would be in touch with an offer of compensation we haven’t heard from them.
